Dolores has been smiling all day. Perhaps it’s because she’s wearing parts of four different sweaters. Isn’t that exciting?

This unique Dolores the Librarian Doll is crafted from a variety of upcycled knit pieces, and embellished with hand embroidery and applique. Her face and buttons are made of felt and her ears and feet are made from recycled wool and corduroy. Her spiky hair is repurposed suede in periwinkle blue. She is completely stuffed with sheep’s wool from Wyoming.

Dolores is almost 7 inches (17 cm) tall, and she contains no sharp or easily removable parts. Hand washing and tumble drying on low are recommended for her care.

She has starred as the heroine in numerous epic dramas of her own imagination, and she has also been a supporting actress too many times to remember. She is always cheerful though her name actually means "pains." She has long been familiar with the glorious irony of life.
